There's a known issue with '''Norman Antivirus''' (see eg. [https://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=10866 bug 10866]). Follow the following instructions to configure Norman Antivirus to allow Squeezebox Server to run: * open the Norman Security Suite dialog by right-clicking the Norman icon in the task tray * go to "Install and Update", "Configure", "Products" * uncheck the "Internet Protection" checkbox [[Image:Norman.png]] According to Norman, the "Internet Protection" module is only used to scan incoming mail - in theory. And they say mail would still be scanned when accessed through the mail client application. You'll still have to configure the firewall to allow communication on ports 9000, 9090 and 3483.
